Frequently asked questions when renting with T-One
Yes, we do. Delivery is included free of charge for long-term rentals (up to 28 days) between 9 am and 9 pm at your chosen pick-up location. Deliveries outside these hours must be pre-arranged with us. For an additional fee of up to $150 based on distance, you can also request delivery to nearby airports such as Boston Logan Airport.
You can pick up the car at our office or airport locations. We offer both in-person and contactless pick-up options. For contactless pick-up, we will place the key in a key locker and provide you with the code, which you will use to access the car. The same process applies to returns.
No, the cost of gas is not included in the rental price. However, we ensure that the vehicle has at least a half-tank of gas at the start of the rental, and it should be returned at the same level. Alternatively, we offer a prepaid refuel option to save you time when returning the vehicle.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles. Renters and their passengers are not permitted to smoke in any of our rental cars. We take reports of smoking very seriously. If smoke is detected in a returned vehicle, the renter is subject to a fine of up to $250.
You can rent a car on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. However, we require that the rental contract be renewed every 28 days.
